it says i have a booking ref but not confirmed til they email my itinary?
Ali ... do you have a note of that booking reference ? If so, can't you log on to your reservation on the Ryanair website to check on its status ?

I recently flew EMA to AHO and noted a couple of points at EMA. Each time a Ryanair flight was announced for boarding it was followed by a warning that any passenger arriving at the boarding gate with more than one piece of hand luggage would be de-boarded, which seemed a strange term to use as if you are at the boarding gate surely you are not boarded ?
When at the boarding gate it was announced that passengers who had requested boarding assistance when booking would be boarded last as their seats were already reserved on the aircraft.
Pippy, you do only need your booking ref and passport.

David ive got a booking ref number but ive tried to log in and it just comes up with an error page, think im going to have to try to ring them from work tomorrow, will see if the cash has gone out of my account tomorrow, should be quick as debit card?
Anyone got a phone number for Ryanair that works the one on their website does not! Thanks

Thanks Luci Ive tried the numbers mention in here, but they dont work or not when i tried this am from work, i know i wont settle til i get my confirmation email as checked bank account and they have not taken money?
Wish id of used credit card now, didnt realise they were funny about using debit cards - if they wont take my maestro card why have they sent me a 'pending' booking ref (that does not work on logging in)
Just dont feel my booking is totally valid yet

Ali I have to be honest and say I dont think you have a booking . If your money hasnt been taken and you didnt get an email almost immediately I would say something went wrong at the payment stage .

Im just not sure, just need to find out - if its not a booking then il re book and use credit card, but not risking that until i know!
I have a printed off page well 3 and it says "thats it" your booking is complete, this is your itinary/reciept. It lists my flights and gives confirmation number but says status pending???
On the payment part it says payment 1 declined then with same card it says payment 2 pending.

I work 8.30-5 and by the time im home they are shut, i can ring from work but numbers i had today did not work so will try them again tomorrow. Their more out of hours tel number is £1 a min

Dont want to re book - in case i am booked and they have for some reason not emailed me, but until they take payment cant see its booked

It's a difficult one, Ali. I take it that you have logged on to your booking again this evening and the status is unchanged ?
On one occasion only, it took a couple of days for me to receive the confirmation email from Ryanair. But I did get screen confirmation at the time of booking, so I had no reason to be concerned.

It is a mystery!
I got on screen confirmation (but number wont work if i try it on the login so cant get to check that way) but payment says pending on screen print off
Will try ringing tomorrow, and check bank balance again, will give it few days then may need to re book, dont know what id do if i get charged twice
