One thing to watch is that some airlines only charge in Euros for flights starting in Euroland, even if they are British. With some cards this could lead to the card issuer applying a foreign usage charge even if the money ends up back at a British account.
Flybe do it. If I remember correctly easyjet automatically selects the local currency but gives the option to change it.
Another possible problem is that if you book a return flight and the outward leg is cancelled your right to refund is for both directions. If you book the journey as 2 one-ways and the outward is cancelled the refund only has to cover that bit.
