Prices for Tobaco and cigs are fixed by the Greek government. The only difference the weak € will make is that it will seem like you are paying more, as you get less €s per pound exchange rate wise.
eg. Last years rate was around 1.42€ to the pound, this year it is around 1.20€. So, if you changed £100 to €s last year you got 142€, this year 120€.
Maybe get one less pack of 20 cigs this year for your £100.
