Yeah we thought it looked nice and quiet aswell. I'm quite looking forward to it being quiet after a busy day at the park. My only concern was that it wasn't gated but I've spoken to friends who go to Florida regularly and they have only stayed in 2 gated communities and that that they hav never had any problems.
