My next small holiday is flying to Birmingham in October, but I'm going to see a friend, who I haven't seen in a few years. But no holidays abroad planned at the moment.

16 days! cases packed and waiting to go.... just last minute things for hand luggage.. really cant wait now
pink-kissess you are certainly organised and ready to go.We are flying on 9th Sept 2 weeks to go to-morrow and have'nt even thought about packing yet. Well thats a bit of a porkie actually I have made a list of what I want to take with me. But I do have all my hand luggage sorted out.
You lucky lot. I've hot to wait until Dec 30th, for a local break over New Year - well the weather'll be the same as now then!

Just 5 days to go now until we are off to Mexico. It's the first time we have been there and are VERY excited. Will have to think about the packing soon.....

The packing to do (cases are still in the loft )
The house to clean and tidy (cos Ma is staying while we are away)
Transfer money from our bank account to Nationwide
Set up a *one off* standing order payment from our bank to Nationwide
(cos Hubby's workplace have decided to change his pay date grrrrr......)
Do *lists* for Ma
(How to work washer, sky+ box, new oven etc.
Also the do's and don't of what to give/not to give the animals....)
Then I need to get my hair and nails done ...
And of course, most importantly, help Ma celebrate her birthday the day before we go...
