can any one help me out there. i thought i had added this to the visa board yesterday?

i have a visa which under the part that says entries it has a M....does that mean mulitple?

secondly

even thought i have a visa do i still need to fill the online check in 72 hours before i travel, or is that if i did not need a visa....many thanks for your helps...
