we are looking at booking a car with rentagain from murcia airport, has anybody used these before? what are they like re customer service and standard of cars.

Sorry, I have not heard of them, but just a word of advice, make sure you book BEFORE you leave home to ensure you get a car. Leaving it until you arrive, as happened us in the Summer is a nightmare, as the cars are just not available. (Fleets being downsized because of the recession). Good luck. ccmc

Regarding booking in advance. This is a must, we always prebook but on one ocassion this summer in Spain even prebooking wasnt good enough - they ran out of cars and there wasnt one for us. We had to pay inflated prices , we should have paid €330 for 3 weeks but was charged €1243.
