Hi,
we're off to Morocco in a fortnight and I always thought that the Dirham was a closed currency. However one of our group has been to the post office and ordered them. He said he told them he would pick them up on the 1st April. I told him that I didn't think you could get them anywhere apart from in Morocco and he said that the order seemed to have gone through and he wasn't told any different.
can anybody throw some light on this please as I'd rather get some ready, than wait and get it over there.
thanks
Well I don't understand that Shirley. Take a look at this site - it definitely says it's a closed currency
I've also read that info on a few other sites Helen. I'm begining to think they've put an order in for the UAE dirham Luckily, he hasn't paid yet.
Thanks
