Just got a text off Tony asking me to inform everyone that he is moving back to the main road, in Floyds, next to Pharos Den Nightclub (should be interesting ) and Living Jewellers.

any news as to whats happened to Ozzie from Floyds as Tony is moving in?
I'm glad its moving back, it was a long way for us to go from Calangute to the new premises although we used to go after the music festival while we were down there. We never had any trouble getting a table at either place as we tend to eat quite late compared to most people.
thanks Scorpion, it was a surprise to hear that Ozzie's leaving floyds as he's been there some time, will be sorry to see him go, a really nice gentleman, we enjoy eating at both Floyds and Tonys
Is this the Floyds at Candolim crossroads, or the one nearer the Spice Garden ?
Thanks for that - going to be 2 very upset people who use that Floyds most days when in Goa, so GEC HT member (Gail & Ray) will be scouting for other places.
Shame another 'oldie' has gone, as it was a nice set up but the last 2 seasons we have been there it has been very quiet.
I would say from the crossroads down to Sinquerim are many restaurants that never get any (or very little) customers - another part of the tourist belt that needs more support.

Better for us though Spike, we have been staying in Sinquerim the past 3 years some of our little gems are this end of the main road towards the Fort.

You will have to name some now !! When we are there from the last week in March, everywhere down that way looks closed. Anyone on here fancy a daytime stroll, head down Fort Aguada road and see whats on offer.
Spike i would think that SHIVERS will be open they have a lovely place nice meals..
We went there last week, our first visit. I had the fish & chips, which was fine, OH had Indian vegetarian which was OK at best. We probably wouldn't rush back.
