Hi, has anyone stayed in these apartments and would recommend them to me?

Are they near all facilities, i.e. restaurants, beach, bars etc and how far is it to walk to these, is there a main road or strip where all the restaurants are? What is the nightlife like, don't want quiet, but dont want rowdy, just inbetween, eating out of an evening, and what entertainment does these apartments provide of a night, if any?
