We stayed at the Al ponte Mocenigo last year and can thoroughly recommend it . It's in a good location and excellent value for Venice . Gets top reviews too . Sorry mods I have to link here and you can then click on the hotel website too . I'm fairly sure I booked direct with the hotel.

The last time we visited Venice, we stayed in the Foscari Palace Hotel. Splendid. On the Grand Canale, just below the Rialto and opposite the Market. Comfortable, excellent breakfast and very convenient for ambling around the City. Traghetto stops outside and close to the water bus stop.
If/when I return to Venice, the Foscari is where we will be staying again. A few photos on:
