Hi all
Partner and I off to Singapore and Bali in March and cannot wait!!
For Bali what would be the recommendations for the currency. Should we take
US Dollars, Rupiah, a mixture of both or the good old British £ and exchange it there?
Look forward to receiving recommendations.

We did Singapore&Bali in September&took GBP easily changed& were able to look around for the best rate,have a great time

We now just take an ATM card with us- worked just fine in Bali and Singapore (and any other countries you care to mention)
Atms are very plentiful on both locations and although you may be charged a fee by the bank the convenience can outweigh that- plus you with draw in the local currency straight away, ATMs at the airport as well

Just watch out for the sleight of hand tricks if you use money changers in Bali.
