Depends when you are planning to visit but the nearest places to sail to are Lebanon, Syria and Egypt for a 2 night, 3 day mini-cruise from Limassol port.
The nearest Greek island is Rhodes and that's still an overnight sail as a rule and again, is a mini-cruise. There are no hop on, hop off ferries from Cyprus.
