ah i see,i guess it's airport dependent,never fly easyjet so don't really know their procedures but whenever i've flown out of rhodes recently you've had to check in your hand luggage,they put a tag around it and then you go on as normal,as far as i know at all greek airports if you dont have a tag on your hand luggage you'll get sent straight back to check-in,this was the case last time i flew but that was on olympic to athens,but surely if all easyjet passengers already have a boarding card the queues will go down pretty quickly

Thank you for that, Greek airports are a nightmare anyway so I wanted to have as much info as possible to make it maybe a bit less fractious!!
