Hi
Taking my elderly (but fit !)mother at the end of May. She hasn't been away for 4-5 years and wants some sunshine.
Only going for a week and staying at Las Velas. Although we are not planning on doing to much we will get out and about using local buses. Seems easy enough to get to most places we will want to visit but does anyone know if we can to the Monastry at Lluc this way ?
Thanks
Lally
There's some information on the busses here Lally:- http://www.mallorca-info.info/Lluc.htm
The bus to Soller stops at Lluc, but there are only a few buses each day so timing is critical. From Lluc you could continue to Puerto Soller, take tram to Soller, tourist train to Palma, bus back to Puerto Pollensa. See lots of the island's west coast. See route 354...

Check with Tourist Info, next to Marina, in Puerto Pollensa for detailed schedule.

Is the bus stop near the monastry?
I have had 2 short breaks in Palma in the last couple of years and did the Soller , Deia , Valldemosa trip last year . Train and local bus. Mother not keen to do a whole day so will try and do local bus. Visited the monastry about 15 years ago and always intend to go back but never have !
