Glynis I am not pointing fingers honestly but just read a thread a new one about on the beach - I dont have sufficent knowledge to answer the query so not got involved in the topic - by a newbie and nothing in there and it's not the first, honest

It was just an observation that's all

Sometimes it's a bit more difficult in Complaints section as new members come in for a quick answer to their problems, and I think our members tend to focus more on helping the new member asap.

(ps I knew you weren't pointing fingers I was just letting you know that I do try and welcome new members )
