I stayed at the Hotel Glasor which was located on the Ponienti beach in the early 60's , I have pictures of it, but I cannot find it listed anymore. My wife and I met a couple from Scotland, Aberdeen to be precise, I think they could have been on their honeymoon! The holiday was a prize won by me for dressing a window in a music shop. I think their holiday was also won as part of the same competition. It would be nice to hear from them again. When we landed back home after midnight at Gatwick we hired a Cortina to drive back home to Blackburn, Lancashire, and they drove on to Aberdeen.
