Anyone been to Sultan Maris recently? If so whats it like now.Was last there 3 years ago.Heard its went downhill a bit.Anyone verify this?

not stayed there for 5 years but go and visit when over, really needs a good facelift, wife went to the toilets downstairs and one of the doors had a kick hole in it. its a shame really as we've been there 6 times.
Walked past Sultan Maris a couple of weeks ago and the place has deteriated,I heard that its being knocked down end of this season and private apartments are going to be built there.
