Wonder if anyone has been to see Leapy Lee on their hols this year?. I believe he has also got a book out now. I know the places he plays in Magaluf, Palmanova and santa ponsa and also c'an picafort but I believe he also plays in Alcudia but I dont dont where, wonder if anyone has seen him there?
Sorry, no idea, but I hope he's getting on OK. I used to watch Passport to the Sun, and thought he and his family were great.
Sure I saw a poster when we were in Cala Millor - just saw Leapy Lee didn't register any other info. Sorry can't be more help.
When we were in Santa Ponsa in June saw a poster saying he was on every Wednesday at The Calendonian Pub in The Square.
I believe he also appears in Magaluf but cant remember the name of the pub.

We have recently returned from Alcudia and never saw any poster's for Leepy Lee.

His pub is right across the road from The Sol Magalluf Park hotel.
He sings at Santa Lucia Hotel in Palma Nova every other Tuesday (he was there this last tuesday - I know because Steff and I are on the night before him) and he also sings at The Fountain Bar which is near the entrance to Magalluf Park in Magalluf, but cannot remember which night - maybe Thursday.
He sang at our Tsunami Show in January and is still in good form.

Cheers All! - I've got all the venues he plays at now. There is a site about him on the net if anyone is interested its- http://www.geocities.com/leapyleeshrine/ He also has just published part one of his autobiography. I'm probably sad because i've just ordered a copy, you can find details about it on the above site too on his message board. Believe he has them at his gigs too. Its been about 5 years since i've seen him play, and probably not going to be able to get over to the island this year now, so will have to wait till next year. Thanks once again everyone, you're very kind!.
I watched Leepy Lee a few years ago on Passport to the sun. I quite fancy going to see him or going to one of his famous curry nights.

We saw him last year at The Caledonian in Santa Ponsa and we also saw that he was on at The Limelite Club also in Santa Ponsa.
Have a look at http://www.santaponsascene.com/ you can download a copy of the Santa Ponsa Magazine and it will tell you where he is on.
The copy that is on at the moment is the winder edition but a new one will be available for April.
I'm sure you will be able to catch him on somewhere I think he also appears in Palma Nova but I dont know where.

Lee is actually away working in Benidorm at the moment, and although it is expected that he will return, I don't think there is any guarantee that he will be back for Easter.
Before he went he was playing at The Santa Lucia Hotel in Palma Nova every other Tuesday (we were his warm up act the day before!) and he was also working at The Fountain Bar in Magalluf.
If you want to post a message a couple of days before you set off on holiday, then I will up-date you of the position.

We saw leapy in Can Picafort a few years ago and he was absolutely great, a good old sing song where everyone joined in especially with Little Arrows!!! At the end of the act he came and chatted with everyone at the bar, no airs or graces. he posed quite happily for photos and we bought his CD as a gift for the in-laws!! No joke intended there Leapy we bought it with all good intentions and they loved it. We are off to Palma Nova in July so we hope he will be around somewhere there, dont know where he has his curry nights but would certainly go if I did!

We're off to Palma Nova the first week of October, could anyone tell me if Leapy Lee will be doing any shows in or around there. We saw him in Cala Bona about 5 years ago and had a great night. Would love the chance to see him again.

Just had a look at the info for that pub and it says its currently closed awaiting new owners.
Dont think all the entertainment in Santa Ponsa starts properly until the begining of May.
I'm sure Leapy will turn up again this season - he's like a national institution in Mallorca
Keep you eye on the Santa Ponsa Scene Magazine - there will be a new one out in May and I'm sure he will be mentioned.
