Hotels usually like to have you out between 10am -12 mid day.

You could try emailing the hotel with your request and see if they will charge you anything:- res.palace@hotelesglobales.com

Hotels normally like you out btn 10 & 12 as Glynis says. If you can get a late checkout room they normally allow you to keep it till 6pm.

Contact hotel direct if possible before you go but some prefer you to ask when you get there or several days before you're due to leave.
