Hi Gill, I hope you have a pleasant stay. I hope you are definately in the Hotel and not the 'Fake' House .Don't forget to take a look at it while you are in that street. The deception really is quite amazing. I've past the Hotel on a few occasions and it does look ok from the outside. Have a pleasant trip anyway.

Is it your first visit to London? If so, PM me if you like for tips on what to do, and where to go......assuming of cousr your trip is a Pleasure one and not a Business one.

Oops, sorry David. Was not aware of that thread. As a Londoner born and bred, although now living in Lincolnshire, I am willing to offer any tips to first time visitors to my City of birth, but obvioiusly not at the risk of repeating an existing thread, hence the invitation to PM me.

Please do feel free to offer any tips in that topic, as they would only be lost here in this thread under the hotel title, and everyone but Gill would miss out if you exchange them by PM.

Ye David, that is true. had not thought about that. As I say, was not aware the topic to which you have provided a link to was there, but I am having a read of it now. If I can offer any 'local' knowledge or tips I will.
