problem getting onto holiday truths site

hi i have not been able to get onto holiday truths,from favorites or seach,i know this has happened to other people as some have asked on trip adviser,was only able to enter by typing http:/www.holidaytruths.co.uk/ which i was advised to do on trip adviser,im on ntl had same proplem before with ebay.is this just an ntl problem,as i have seached the net with no joy
