Wea re going to the Pegasos palace hotel in sarigerme which is now actually an iberostar hotel it is with First choice and Eclipse.
I have a 5yr old and a baby and the facilities look fab.
There is a big chat on it on this forum and some great reviews from this year.

we are going to letoonia in oct it has great reviews and all international brands of drinks are inc which is a huge plus, my daughter is 6 and there are kids clubs for the young ones too, looks fab

last year we went to lykia world its full board + and is fantastic for kids, it has a water park, childrens restaurants, kids clubs for all ages all day, food to die for, the scenery is amazing, its near olu deniz which is gorgeous, this has very good reviews and is the best hotel ive stayed in, but it is on the dear side but you get what you pay for

both these hotels have their own websites to look at

Can also highly recommend the pegasos palace, the kids facilities fab, best kids clubs I've come across, food and drink fab, gorgeous hotel!

Also please ignore any reviews of this before May 2006 as last year it wasn't being run by Iberostar and had its problems, this year its amazing.

We're also off to the Letoonia late sept/early october, reviews seem good. Never tried AI before so hopefully it'll be good (lots of local beer hopefully efe's!)
