Do you only want private rentals?

Have looked at those 2 sites and seen a good few potential properties. Have also included cala bona area now. I am not just after private rentals but these seem the best value for this time of year. Flights should come in around £350 so am looking to spend a max of £1000 on the rental for the 2 weeks. Just realised as well i have just enquired about the property on the private villas page in cala bona, Its such a small world

Thanks for your help everyone , am now sorting out the details for the cala bona apartment. Owner sounds very accomadating and the apartment seems to be a much higher sandard than i got from clc on my last holiday. Was 20 years when i last went to cala bona so should imagine it will have changed a bit.

Apartment booked. Flights arranged. Transfers and insurance to be sorted. Looking at £1100 for 11 nights in August. in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished apartment. Costed 2 online so far. Airtours in alcludia 1100 for 7 nights i bedroom and thomson cala bona 1500+ 11 nights 1 bedroom less facilities who say diy is more expensive
