Hi, we had no trouble atall going through immigration in Cyprus and we have Turkish visa stamps on our passports from 5 years ago. Everything was fine, didn't even cross our minds
My passport has not been scrutinized by immigration for 5 years, 2001 being the last stamp in it, and we've been every year since.
They only seem to look at the photo page nowadays.

You will have no problem at all.

I'd be very surprised if they even bother to look in your passport these days as you'll be arriving from another EU Country.
Normally it's just a cursory glance at your photo
