I have decided on Crete for my summer holiday but am having trouble finding a good quality hotel in Stalis. Can anyone recommend a 4 or 5 star hotel in Stalis?

We stayed in the Hotel Moonlight, out of Thompson small & friendly, it was fine and just over beach road from beach.
We stayed at the Hotel Christianas, I believe it was with first choice. Very nice hotel and wonderful buffet breakfast! Right on the beach front with lots of sunbeds on the grassy bit above the beach. It was situated about half way down the resort.
