Going to Altinkum (renting apartment) beginning of September - first time to Altinkum, but have been to Marmaris, Challis, Dalyan & Side in the past.... any views and info. on Altinkum greatly appreciated - also as we're sorted with accomm. but still need to book flights, any views on whether it's best to wait to book flights until nearer the time? Not going until 3 September so might the prices come down nearer the time or would it be best to book now? We're a party of 3 adults and 2 kids. Looking forward to reading opinions re Altinkum - many thanks

You will like Altinkum,it has something for everyone,three lovely beaches,plenty of bars/restaurants,historical sites and a water park.
Have a look at Aegean flights.com,their prices are pretty good if you book in advance.

Is there a market at Altinkum??
Yes there is its a short Dolmus ride its in a part called Yenihisar takes about ten minutes to get there.
I would book a flight as soon as possible the nearer to your date you try to book the dearer it is unless you are going to try and get a cancellation we booked with XL Air 12 of us 7 adults 4 children and one infant 2000 pound we booked with Onur Air two years ago for 4 and it cost over 800 pound so we think we got a bargain.
