Well i might have got this wrong but being as you haven't had any other replies I thought I would give it a go.

If you rent an (or many) apartments then you pay for the apartment, standard price regardless of how many people are in it. Obviously you can't put more people in than it is meant to have. But there is no such thing as under-occupancy.

I have just booked to go back to Icmeler with my 6 year old son. I have rented a 1 bed apartment (which holds 4 people)
I did the same thing in 05.

This is booking direct with the apartment owners or small company.
It works out a fair bit cheaper than using the big companies. You also feel less like cattle being rounded up.

I have to say we are having a similar problem our selves in that we want an appartment for 3 adults and 2 kids.Every where is coming up neeeding 2 rooms with a supplement for the second one and it is turning expensive.
If i find anything i will gladley let you know.
The only one that comes up reasonable at the minute are the bilnur appartments in icmeler.

These aparts are central and behind the Pop Inn Restaurent some of the apartments are two bedroomed.
Price is per apartment.
Transfares can be arranged.

thanks for youre replies. i should have made myself more clear while the family of 4 and the 2 adults n baby are all my family the 2 adults alone are just friends. friends we met on holiday in goa 3 yrs ago.each year we book same time same place and spend 3 weeks together,we live in diferent areas, even though we get on great and they have met my children .i would prefer them to have there own apartment,and they own space away from us as families can and do have a different matter of opinion if you understand i think we will have to go for 3 apartments each paying the same amount .i will look and see if theres a difference in price ,,,thanks xx jan
