hoilday company rip off

booked to go to magaluf this august with direct holidays didn't want 17.50 flight as it came back at 00.25 so paid supplement for different flight. now they have changed us back to 17.50 flight and wont refund our money has this happened to anyone else???

I would check the other flight, that you should have been on, see waht time it flying at

When you say won't refund your money do you mean your flight supplement?

holiday company rip off
they have said that the flight has been cancelled and yes it was the supplement they won't refund for seven adults!!! :x

Lesmac have a word with Ros on 01922 621114 she will offer you free advice, I'm sure they should refund any extra you paid for the cancelled flight.
