Italy is romantic - there are not so many waterparks however. Try the Lakes - Lake Garda/Como etc.

But 1st you say romantic so i guess that you want somewhere for the 2 of you.

Then you state waterparks.

Now i don't put the 2 together.

There are some fantastic wonderful romantic places to go, but i doubt that many of them involve waterparks.
