System is very good. The island has 1 major road the ME-1 that runs down the backbone of the island. All far apart destinations will need to go on the ME-1 . So the town along the ME-1 act as hub they are: Citadella,Ferreris,Es Mercadel,Alaior and Mahon

So you will probbaly need two buses to get to your destination if it is on the coast
