Fiona, I really liked your trip report of when you went to Lagos, the one that was 3 or 4 pages.

The Goa Forum-------------always do brill reports-
it's a day by day account of the hols!!!!!!!! never been to Goa but love reading them-------maybe if we all did a report like that -it would make for good reading in the winter!!!!! plus Goa would still be reporting coz it's their season!!!

I really am getting into trouble today.Sorry Fiona & Glynis. I'd be dangerous if I had a brain. It's a bit poor when you can't actually remember which Mod or Admin you are flattering.
Perhaps you could do a Report of the month award 
The mods could draw up a shortlist of say 3 to 5 and members could then vote 
The winner could be sent some form of HT goodie and perhaps all the winners could then go into a review of the year for a bigger prize 
Would also be a means of encouraging more and better reports.

trip reports certainly give a great insight into holidays for others. I like writing them myself as it is amazing just how much you can forget once you are back. And it gives you something to read when its the middle of winter and you are depressed
The Goa forum has some great reports. I have a thread at the top of the forum where members can post links to their reports so they don't get "lost". This is it.
