Rinconda Real + Zand properties

Hi has anyone stayed in thease apartments? We have booked them directly with Zand properties, does anyone know anything about Zand we are getting a bit worried, we had to send them a cheque for the rental cost I emailed them and the said they received the cheque on 4 Feb and they would send us a conformation by post shortly but it still hasnt arrived and we go on 18th March
thanks very much for information I feel much better now, am realy looking forward to going roll on 18 March
i too have used Zand rentals in Benidorm and have no complaints what so ever. would recommend the Gemelos 22. been to Benidorm around 7 times and these were by far the best apartments i have stayed in
