For anyone (Fraz probably) who has been to the Rosamar this year...
What is the building(s) next to and behind RUMI's CAFE/GYM?
Last year they had just started building on the wasteland.
The previous year it was wasteland just full of lizards!!
Where do all the lizards go I wonder?!

Did anyone stay here this season??? I have read the reviews but they are from a few months back....I am going next June to stay at the rosamar in san an bay, and just wondered what peeps thought of it this summer!

although I never stayed at the rosamar hotel, I did pass it and spoke to oterhs staying there and they said the hotel was great. I stayed in San An bay, been back just over a week and wish I was back, the resort is great, sorry I couldn't be more helpful but I'm sure you will have a fantastic holiday

I went to Ibiza twice this year (June & September). I stayed at Rosamar in June.
It was a great place to stay. Nice rooms with decent balconies and all rooms have air con. Food at bar was basic but there are plenty eateries in San An Bay.
The place is kept very clean and the staff on reception were very friendly.
I been to Ibiza lots of times and would defo stay here again and would recommend it.
If anyone wants more information then let me know.

hi there there, we stayed there for a week in Aug and is def one of the better hotels in the bay! helpfull staff, clean, modern, nice pool. The rooms are a good size and nice bathrooms! Unfortunatly Fraz we didnt have 3 balconies with our room lol! xx
snugglers inn is just over the road and is a nice place for food and a quiet drink before ur night starts!

we booked through panoramaibiza.com but you can also book the hotel direct i picked up a card when i was there so i will have to let you know the details!!!
when is it you go in June??????? im looking for a flight the same time so we can meet up again if ok with you guys!

Next June we are there from Wed 21st to Wed 28th - only a week
As you know I am going with Kaz and my 2 mates (Ant & Martin) staying over in Calo des Moro again. I'll be sure to introduce you to them as they live near you anyway. Both are in their mid twenties and both are now single - not quite sure what I am insinuating lol 
Plan will be going to clubs most nights but Kaz and I may give a few a miss plus she will no doubt have me going to Es Cubells to look at this possible wedding venue 
Kaz and I thought it would be good to meet up in the bay and go to Java and for drinks afterwards - I know how found you are of a big steak lol Up for it

This hotel is brilliant I have stayed there twice and cant compliment it enough .......
Anyone stopped at Aparthotel Rosamar lately?
Wondered what was going on there.
If same staff (names/descriptions would be good!)are on the reception,bar and pool duties!
Also entertainment,especially if someone doing stuff with the kids.
So narked that the Rosamar only did Kidzone the first 2 years I went but for some reason they scrapped it last year.
A total must for a woman with 4 kids driving her crazy for 50 weeks a year!
Is it ever going to return?

Read a few bad reviews about Aparthotel Rosamar on here and other places with reference to FREESTYLE being there and how much it has changed.
I've just been on Thomsons website and carried on as if I was booking a FREESTYLE holiday.
The Rosamar never came up as an option.
I tried various dates and departure airports and still nothing came up!
Does this mean I can enjoy a more family friendly holiday when I book to go there next year?
Or could it be that its just an overflow hotel where they put the FREESTYLERS if over booked?
No offence to the FREESTYLERS out there but the two do not mix very well.
Had no probs myself before except theres a lack of families around!

Sharon - we booked a late deal with Thomsons a few years ago for San Antonio Bay during the last week of August - but when we arrived they tried to book us into a Freestyle hotel when we had two children in tow. Thomson quickly moved us when they spotted the kids (even though I had entered their ages when making the booking!!) and we were moved to The Rosamar.
We had a great week but even then there were some large groups of teenagers staying there, although they didn't spoil the holiday. So I think it has been an overspill for quite some time.

Just wondered if anyone knows the website address for the Aparthotel Rosamar?
I used to have a business card which I picked up from reception there and I have been on their website before so I know it exists!
I have been using Google to try and its come up with nothing.

Returned from the Rosamar 2 weeks ago, and agree that it is excellent.
The website address on their card is http://www.rosamar.net but appears to be incomplete.
