I don't wish to be rude, but isn't this a little "Ambulance Chasing"? The customers who have been affected by these bugs are being represented by some actually very good Solicitors called Irwin Mitchell. Maybe you could contact them?

Ok, thanks for that.. I just thought it was a bit old considering what happened was a while ago and litigation is currently taking place.
