I checked the departure board on Friday and see that the flight I have booked Birmingham to Copenhagen @10:30 is used by three different companies and so i have no idea who i am actually flying with and what plane i will be on..any help would be appreciated. I also noticed that the plane was delayed by 100mins ...is this a regular cancellation and any idea why it was cancelled

From memory, usually an SAS MD 80 variant.

The SK2534 is usually operated by an Airbus 321....at 1035am....code shared with BMI.
