shave your bikini bits, then apply sudocream, it works for me, i have never had the shaving rash doing that.....
I have used ingrow go. Found it to be excellent.
I get my legs and bikini line waxed now all the time, as I find I don't get ingrowing hairs with waxing, only with shaving. There is another good product too but can't remember the name of it right now. Will post when I remember it (probably at 3 in the morning LOL)

Hi
have tried sudocream, and mens after shave balms
will have a look at the nair stuff though, the skin doctor one is 10 pound a bottle, which is worth every penny if it works.
Ooh just seen your post Denny will order it tonight!!!

I got a nasty rash on bikini line just before I went to Marrakech last year , I bought a tub of dream cream from Lush and it was gone in no time, it is great.
Hi Boots, Just remembered what the other lotion was called - it's Tend. It's available from some beauty salons and i'm sure it will be available online as well. It is just the same as ingrow go and probaly the same price. Give one of them a go, they do work, usually takes a few days the first time. Works really well the more you use it though..... Denny
Most beauty salons will recommend that you don't sunbathe for 24 hours after waxing, shaving, or creaming, in order to avoid the dreaded rash.
This may sound weird, but try a thick hair conditioner then shave. Mind you I have only used this on my legs and they come out extremely silky, much better than any other soap/creams I've used. Worth a try.
Thanks for your replys, have tried hair conditoner before but still got a rash,so far Tend seems to have the best reviews so will be ordering some next week(gotta wait till pay day) and hopefully after regular use it will work!!

Tea-tree ointment is good as it has an antiseptic benefit too.
sorry haven`t got the answer, i just thought this was a great post as it`s not something you would normally talk about face to face with someone(well i wouldn`t). i suffer from this terrible but just thought you had to put up with it.Now i know different will give some of these creams a go. waxing doesn`t even last a week for me so it`s not worth getting it done.
thanx for starting this, will keep watching for more advice.

I was told to mix a paste with dissolvable aspirin or paracetamol and put it on after shaving or using hair removal cream.
It works for me

i could do with some help on this as this is the thing that ruins my holiday, the thought of hair removal and the ugly rash has me in a right state, waxing is no good, was gonna buy a laser hair removal thingy but ended up buying an exercise thingy instead, have looked at the "no no" but dunno if it`s worth it..

Hopefully with these tips we can find the cure and not be embarrased anymore!!
I end up wearing short type bikini bottoms after the first day,and covering my botom half with a sarong,oh how i would love to get in and out the pool without trying to keep the rash covered! i wonder how the asprin works? sudocream does not work for me,nor talc, shaving balms, and tea tree oil.
I do find though if i use avon hair removal cream its not as bad as when i have shaved.

Does anyone know of one that doesn't stink to high heaven and make you gag?
I've tried loads of different ones over the years, and every time I have to...
DON'T YOU LAUGH !!!
stuff cotton wool up my nose
and even then I still vomit!
