Hi All, a question for those of you who live in Malta/Gozo. Is it easy to obtain a Sky TV package. The sort we want is a yearly fee, not monthly subscriptions. If this is available what TV stations could we receive?

It will all be in breach of copyright law however if you were to subscribe to Sky from a British address and take the card and receiver over to Malta with you (or buy a receiver locally) it is possible to get some of the Sky package channels depending on your dish size. Unfortunately Malta is further afield of the 'footprint' than Spain and in order to receive most of Sky's packages you will need an enormous dish!

yes you do - our bill for last year was Lm 24 - its about Lm 20 per annum for the first tv and about Lm 4 for the second
(there is also a Lm 80 per annum tax if you have a swimming pool, but no council tax :D)
