just wondering if you could help me flying from Antalya (LTAI) to Manchester (EGCC) on the 19/20th July (overnight flight) with thomson airways (TOM513) just wondering what type of plane I shall be flying on i believe it is a 767 but not sure and also reg if possible, and also what will the IFE be. is it an ex first choice or thomsonfly
thanks in advancne for your reply

Welcome onboard

MAN-AYT-MAN (TOM513/4) are operated by a former Thomsonfly Boeing 767-304/ER. The specific aircraft changes regularly and it makes no difference as they are all the same inside. G-OBYE is used most often, but that's not to say it will be on the day of your flight. The former First Choice 767's are only used on long haul. You'll find extensive aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below) including current IFE. July / August will be released at the beginning of July. I'll update the list when I get it.
Darren
PS, you're going to have a busy July if you're also flying with Monarch on 7th July until the 24th!

and thank you very much for your help I will look forward to your full reply tomorrow regarding the ZB flights

Sorry if this has already been posted but can you please advise if we are on an ex FC or a Thomson flight flying out of Manchester, TOM 118 on 6th August 2011 to Orlando.
Also, when will the flight films be out for then?
Many thanks.
MAN-SFB-MAN (TOM118/9) are operated by a fomer First Choice Boeing 767-300/ER. You'll find extensive aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below). The aircraft operates to Punta Cana (TOM126/7) before your flight. IFE for July / August will be released at the beginning of July. I'll update the list linked from our What Aircraft? guide as soon as I have it.
Darren
Thanks so much Darren
Hi all, we are flying Thomson flight 60 from Gatwick to Punta Cana on 4 sept, can anyone tell me what the seating plan for Premium seats for this flight is as I am told there are 2 or 3 different ones they use, is it the same aircraft they use for each sunday departure.
Welcome onboard

LGW-PUJ-LGW (TOM060/1) are operated by a former First Choice Boeing 767-300/ER. You'll find extensive aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below) including aircraft and cabin photos, configurations and seat plans. The premium cabin on this aircraft is configured 2-3-2. 5 of the aircraft have 9 rows (V2), one has 10 (V1), but the same number of seats (63). It's not the same aircraft used every week so it does change but it's a safe bet it'll be a V2 aircraft.

One last question before i go away on Saturday. A few years ago in premium when u asked for a tea, coffee or hot chocolate you used to get a large paper cup that normal seats paid £1.80 or something for but the last time i went to Mexico all we got were the little white cups that you get with the meal that holds next to nothing. Is it still the same nowadays? A silly questin but was just wondering if it was another money saving thing they had on the go.
graeme235,
Sometime ago there was a link posted to the current inflight magazine (duty free etc.) which was the Spring one, would anyone know when the Summer one comes in to effect.
Feebee,
I am flying with Thomson from Glasgow to Sanford on 16th September. I cannot log into the booking extras page on Thomson at the moment, a message appears telling me to try nearer the time of my holiday. I was keen to see the seat map. Does anyone happen to know which type of aircraft this flight is likely to be and possibly have a link to the seating plan?
Thanks in advance
Tink
Welcome onboard

You can only access select your seat within 2 months of your departure date. I'll need your flight number to give you specific flight details, but assuming you're on the weekly service, your flight is operated by a former Thomsonfly Boeing 767-304/ER (283 seat long haul, winglets). You'll find extensive aircraft information including a link to the seat plan on our What Aircraft? guide (link below).

MAN-HOG-MAN (TOM182/3) are operated by a former First Choice Boeing 767-300/ER. You'll find extensive aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below).

Thanks Darren, I forget about the links as I browse using Tapatalk, need to remember to use safari now and again.
came back in the early hours (this morning) on the new 738 - superb interior, great cabin crew and a very informative Capt. Thanks
Hi there I am new to the forum and was wondering, please can anyone help me, we normally book our own diy holidays, but, this year have booked an all inclusive deal with First Choice/Thomson holiday to Cancun from Gatwick on 16th August 2011, the flight number is TOM074 can anyone tell me which type of aircraft we will be flying on, as we prebooked our seats already as we were hoping to get some leg room ..!! but when looking at the seat booking chart the seat formation was 2,3,2, which seems like a pretty small aircraft for a non stop flight- or am I missing something??
