Hi Darren,
Please could you help me and answer a question (thats if you know the answer of course)
We have recived our e-tickets and the flight times are the same as when we booked (TOM 156 Departing 11.20 - TOM 157 Arriving 08.30)
But when checking filghts for delays etc there has been an hour added on both ways. Do you know why this is? and will our flight be the one on the ticket or the +1 hour?
confused....I am.
Thanks in advance
The times will be as they are on the ticket
Tracy1971,
As BEfreeTODAY mentions, the only times you need are the ones on your tickets. Regardless of when other flights are departing or arriving, the only ones that matter are the ones that are on your tickets, unless you are informed otherwse. Where have you been looking for departure times? Bear in mind the current time zone is BST and some website display times in GMT. There's a +1 hour time difference.

Hi Darren
We'll be flying from Newcastle to Sharm on 21 August (TOM 614). Is it to early to ask where the plane will be coming in from so I can keep an eye out for delays?
Many thanks as always,
Beth

BethR,
The aircraft should be operating to Palma, Majorca (TOM1232/3) before your flight arriving back in NCL at 1230.

LGW-EFL-LGW (TOM4232/3) are operated by Boeing 737-800. It's the first flight that day for that aircraft departing at 0830.

Thankyou so much and for the speedy reply Darren:)
Does anyone know where I can locate information on inflight entertainment and drinks pricing on Thomson long haul to POP (Dominican Republic). I've not flown long haul on a package tour in a long time and I'm assuming they charge for all soft drinks, BUT I presume not water. Thanks in advance.
scoya,
Everything you're looking for is linked from our What Aircraft? guide (link below). All drinks are chargable apart from water that is served by the glass upon request.

Would you happen to know which airscraft will be servicing the route between GLA-SFB in October this year.
We will be on TOM 518/19 on 8th-22nd Oct.
Just wondering what config the plane will be. Ex-FC orEx-Thomsonfly.
Thanks in advance.
