moll,
As I mentioned, aircraft configurations are on our What Aircraft? guide along with seating plans. The aircraft is configured 2-3-2 with seats A/B being pairs by the window. The rows mentioned all have windows.

Hi Jon,
Normally they ask you to quote flight numbers to help identify where you are flying from. It would be either a Boeing 737 or Boeing 757 aircraft and the seat plans are on the links below dazbo's posts. As the aircraft are rotated frequently they won't be able to give you the aircraft registration.

Thanks for this Mate.
i think the flight number is TOM4486.
Will most probably be a 757 me thinks!

Hello
On the Thomson dreamliner website they keep saying the following to customers;
, There has been a re-brand of our Economy Club and Premium Club on all our long haul aircraft. This re-brand of interior was already scheduled before the delay with the 787."
Does anyone know what this interior re-brand is?
Thanks
Zack Cocker

Zack,
This was the answer from the last time you posted:
It will be launched soon, but snippits include free tui snacks mid flight, all seats receive upgraded IFE so no charge in economy, Branded food and hot drinks as the second meal, branded coffee/tea during first meal service. china mugs returning to premium instead of the small cups currently offered. the amount spent per passenger on food has roughly doubled so this should translate into better food offerings- more than BA spend per economy passenger on food.
The drinks service in premium will be delivered from a cart now, similar to BA/Virgin which will make it a quicker for everyone to get a drink.
Am sure it will be unveiled soon officially.

Hello,
I am aware of my previous answer I was asking if anyone can confirm if the cabins have been refurbished or not.
Nothing was asked in regards to the service. My post above refers to the "interior" of the aircraft.

The interiors were refreshed last year, the green first choice leather was removed for dark blue and the cream leather seats in premium have been replaced (cream again) the premium seats are still showing their age (IMHO) as cream isn't the most hard wearing colour.

Apologies for mis-reading your question Zack.

Hiya,
TOM519 from Cancun 6th May
I have just rung Thomson about seat re-allocation and we have been given 21A/B futher back which I understand is over the wing. We like to sit in front of the wing so I am annoyed as I booked as soon as the seat plan opened to get the seats I wanted.
19A/B is available but I could not change until tommorow. Does row 19 or 21 have full window seats and do they both recline(just in case they recline theirs in front)? I thought I read somewhere row 19 was a bad row. According to Irfan in seat allocation all window seats have a full window, I know that is not true as we have sat at a window seat with no window!
Many Thanks
Anne

Hi paradiselover,
If your flight is on an exFCA 767, which is quite likely, then you are right, the pairs next to the window 19A/B and 19F/G will be absolute hell if the persons in row 18 recline fully since the row 19 seats in front of the emergency exit do NOT recline. So if you have an inconsiderate "slam it right back after takeoff lout" in front of you, then you will find access to your table and seat back TV pretty much impossible for the whole flight. Truly horrible seats for nearly 10 hours!
I believe that row 9 in Premium doesn;t have a window at all on these planes, but I think that most other seats get at least a partial window.

Hi ukbill,
We fly out on an exTOM 767 so I thought it would be the same on the way back! We have booked 9G/H on the way out and they told us this had a full window! I always seem to get the people you are talking about, I wish all seats would not recline then we would all have the same space.

I think the exTOM 767s are quite different internally to the exFCA ones. The exTOM planes have less width per passenger since more seats are squeezed in widthwise. Also the Premium area on exTOM stops at row 5, so row 9 might (or might not) have a window on these, and I don't know for certain whether row 19 is the one in fromnt of the exits which suffers from no recline.
To make things a little more complicated unfortunately, I think the exTOM planes might be being reconfigured at present to help absorb the seating shortage caused by the late delivery of the Dreamliners.
So - if you are going to be on an exTOM maybe one of the experts BY-TOM-FCA or Darren might be able to give you more info. Good luck with the flights - but have a great time in Mexico.
I totally agree about removing the recline facility altogether on ALL seats. If it didn't exist there would be far less complaints from folk who have suffered due to inconsiderate people in front.

Thanks for confirming, I wondered if they would change the FCA Economy seats to Thomson ones.
Your right I flew a few years ago in Premium with the cream seats and they were looking worse for wear then!
Thanks again,

P.S. gbailey141 No Worries
They are still the fca seats, they still have the green plastic surrounds(doesn't quite go together) and headrests they have just changed the leather.

Ooh I'm still patiently waiting to find out what aircraft is operating my flight. It could be 767 or 787.
Thanks for your replies
