Hi guys
I know its a long way off yet, but any idea what aircraft TOM4516 is on the 24th June LGW-CFU and TOM 4103 return is on the 4th July?
cheers
SUPERITFC,
LGW-CFU-LGW (TOM4516/4103) should be operated by an Airbus A321-200 / Boeing 757-200 respectively. I can confirm this in about a months time when I have the S11 aircraft schedule.

Hi Darren
Sorry to be a pain! You told me last night that our LGW-HOG flight on Monday was coming in from La Romana TOM060/061. Can you tell whether it is an ex FCA or ex Thomsonfly operating those flights? I am trying to find out if they have swapped an ex FCA for an ex Thomsonfly for the Holguin flight.
Thanks

Sunaddict,
It's an ex-FCA and has been on every flight in 2011 apart from 30th Jan when it was subbed due to a technical issue.

Thanks Darren. I just remember reading on here a few weeks ago that they had been alternating the LGW-HOG aircraft since the beginning of the year.
I was thinking about the possibilities of being bumped from premium.

When can we expect an update on the films available on the long haul Thomson flights, please?
Thanks Darren. Hopefully it will be soon.
Hi Darren,
LGW-SSH-LGW (TOM536/537) Outbound 23rd Aug, Return: 6th Sept - Can you confirm whether aircraft will be FC or Thomson?
Thank you,
Pat

pat,
It's way too early to know that plus they swap and change through the season. It makes little difference in any case as it'll be a Boeing 757-200 that are basically the same inside other than the seat design.

Hi Darren,
On the subject of LGW<>SSH flights for S11 - have they all gone 757?
Just phoned up this week to book out seats with everything crossed for a 767 but no luck!!
(TOM632 on 28/5 and 633 on 4/6).
I remember last year the weekend flights were 767s? Never mind!
Kind of hoping the Sensatori doesn't open in time so can get a full refund!!!!!
Cheers.

rhodgreen,
I haven't got the full S11 schedule as yet, but a good proportion of summer services to SSH are 757's. The 76W's are utilised to higher density routes. Egypt is more popular as a winter sun destination than summer (too hot!).

Hi Darren,
Thought it may have been a bit to early to advise!
Reason for asking so early is that I have booked extra legroom seats, and normally fly with FC, booking seats no's 32D, E and F (behind the bulk head). Is the layout of the Thomason 757 aircraft the same as the FC 757 in relation to the extra legrooms seat?
Thanks again,
Pat

pat,
There are 4 varients (used to be 5!) to the 757-200 due to the merger, but the seats you've booked are the same in all of them.

Thanks for your quick reply Darren ... appreciated.
On another note, have you heard anything about Thomson consolidating flights to Sharm and Hurghada?
Thanks again,
Pat

pat,
I haven't got the full S11 aircraft schedule as yet so I can't comment on any flight consolidations yet.
