jackmax,

It's TOM144/5 the flight you're referring to I assume? These are scheduled to be operated by Boeing 787-8 but can change when an aircraft has a technical problem. Saturdays flights was operated by G-OBYG, the standby 763.

EDI-ACE-EDI (TOM1454/5) are operated by a Thomson Airways Boeing 757-200. The flight prefix for Thomson Airways is TOM, Monarch are ZB or MON.

jackmax,

Most likely a technical problem as I mentioned above. These things happen occasionally.

Hi

My hubby and I are going to Dominican Republic on 25/03/14. We are flying with Thomson on the Dreamliner. Flight number is OM030. Gatwick North. We have booked the premium cabin. Its time to book our seats now, so can you tell me if all the seats are the same in premium or are some better than others?

Thanks

Susie

Susiey,

Seating is personal preference. All the premium seats offer the same facilities so its just where abouts in the cabin you prefer to sit. You'll find extensive aircraft information on our what aircraft guide including a seat plan.

Hi all,

We're flying to Punta Cana on Friday 31st January 2014, flight no. TOM050 from LGW at 0935, returning two weeks later on TOM051. I know it's a Dreamliner but can you let me know which flight the aircraft operates prior to ours so that we can keep an eye on potential delays.

Many thanks.

TMW9725,

The aircraft operating TOM050/1 normally comes in from Montego Bay, Jamaica (TOM018/9) on that rotation.

Do both rows 15 & 16 have window seats.
Thanks in advance.

Cilan537,

On which aircraft type? I assume you mean Boeing 737-800 and you're referring to the over wing exit rows? Yes, they have windows. Row 15 doesn't recline.

we just returned from domin republic on Dreamliner we had pre booked leg room seats in row 30 this we found was a waste of money as any extra room you had was full of people queing for the toilets anyway, also the extra legroom seats in the middle of row 30 the people kept getting trod on as other un thoughtful passengers keep using this row for a short cut to other toilet.

also the smell from the toilet after half hour flying is awful.

if you want extra legroom try row 10 it may be better.
