I know that BY-TOM-AMM-FCA- once posted a helpful guide to actual seat conditions - but I've lost the link, and possibly it's become outdated anyhow as planes change.

Everything I wrote is still valid, unfortunately someone in a tidy up excercise decided to delete a load of pages which included my descriptions of seats. I don't have a copy of what I wrote and don't have the desire to waste my time to help when people delete them after a short while. I had passengers tell me about it and how helpful it was without realising it was me that wrote it, unfortunately someone on here thought otherwise....

No recent posts have been deleted. This is one of our busier topics and is trimmed down occasionally when it reaches a certain size, in response to member requests when they feel it is too large to be user friendly. It currently stretches to 127 pages, which some users still don't like, but that comprises mainly of posts just since last July. Whilst many of the posts prior to that may contain outdated information, some will contain useful info and photos and are retained for future reference just in case anyone needs to search back in time. With the first flights today of S11 also comes confirmation of a few things i mentioned earlier in the year:

G-OBYD is the long haul B767 in ex.TOM and operates from BHX/GLA and not from MAN this year.

G-OOAN/BK/LO/LA/BL/BM - As usual EMA/NCL/MAN/BRS/LGW

Short haul B767's:

G-OBYG/E/H

Routes this year are:

Manchester
Alicante - Antalya - Palma - Lanzarote - Bodrum - Malaga - Corfu - Ibiza - Mahon - Rhodes - Tenerife - Dalaman

Gatwick

Hi,
My parents are due to fly from LGW to Enfidha (NBE) on 26th June for 2 weeks - flight numbers are TOM612 outbound & TOM613 inbound. Please can anyone advise if this will be on a 737 or 757, as my dad would like to check out the seatplan but doesn't want to pay the extra for selecting seat numbers.

What are your dates of travel? I have a list of 12 flights from MAN-DLM but TOM344/5 isn't on there. It could be the flight numbers have changed since I got the list so if you can let me have the date / times of your flight, I'll cross-reference them. Thanks,

EDIT: Ignore the above, I've found it! It's showing on the DLM-MAN but not the MAN-DLM for some reason. MAN-DLM-MAN (TOM344/5) are operated by a Boeing 757-200.

Seating is personal preference. Apart from extra legroom seating, all seats offer the same basic facilities and seat pitch so it's whatever you prefer really. There are 4 rows with no windows so if that's essential, avoid the rear of the front cabin, the last row and rows 12-16.

Thanks, I did want to make sure we had a window. Now just to avoid the toilets and any drafty areas. There is not much choice left anyway, only around 10 rows to choose from.

Hi jackmax - I couldn't find it either after looking for a long time.
However - I've just found

I am flying from Cardiff to Enfidha on the 29th June and back on the 6th July, flight no. TOM864 - 865. I would like to know what aircraft will be operating this route.

I noticed that a TCX 763 operated a service from Enfidha to Cardiff today then went on to Manchester, i'm guessing this was a shared flight before thomson airways starts using its own aircraft for this route from Cardiff,
