depends who you booked with but one thing to do is check your spam folder, many providers are now ticket less all you will get is a confirmation e-mail
Have you booked with a travel shop?, in my experience the tickets are often at the shop and they haven't phoned you yet. Otherwise as Wizzard says check your junk folder - they are often there!
Yes in the shop with Thomas cook, will pop up today and see if they are in.
