Hi
Most taxis only take 4 people and it would cost 45 euros each cab.
A few small mini buses are available but it would be luck rather than anything else to get one.

Hi there only just seen this post so dont know if reply is too late. We were told when booking our holiday (2 years ago) to sort our own transfer as it would be cheaper. What they didnt tell us was there are no 5 seater taxis so we had to get two, like the last poster says 45 euros per taxi. On the way back shared with another couple so not as bad.

The EasyJet website offers transfers in most popular resorts using HOLIDAY TAXI

You don't have to have flown with EJ.

I used it in Lanzarote off season a year or two back - we were the only 2 clients - they laid on a coach within minutes of our appearing at their admin desk - and they confirmed the return timings etc. by mobile text during our stay.

It's a fair hike from Fuerteventura airport down to Corralejo - hiring a (large enough) car at the airport as mentioned above, is certainly well worth considering. Calculate the costs (both ways) of a shuttle for the whole party - and then compare with a vehicle hire charge - which you'll have the use of, as required, for the whole stay and is returned at the airport before you depart.

i always hire a car, and to be honest the roads on this island are the best, with very little traffic and the people drive a lot better there than here in the uk

We've booked with this firm http://www.a2btransfers.com/en/ using the shuttle bus and it works out at £14.50 each (total £29) return in March.
