Great stuff , the weather is to be warmer next few days in Inverness than it is in Benidorm , not often you can say that

Nowt wrong with Inverness, spent a fortnight there last October and had a Great Time....didn't get to wear my shorts though!!

I've got a week off work 19th Jan 2010 so planning to get some winter sunshine, I'm just wondering if anyone can telll me what the weather will be like then. It will be myself, my partner and my 2 kids aged 16 and 15. I've had a good price from thomson for the Rio Park hotel, I know it's got it'w own thread. It's just the weather I'm more concerned with.

ive been to beni from the 9th of jan 2004 and it was 30 degrees on the beach ,,its the luck of the draw really ,we went jan 2009 to flamingo oasis it was warm but very dull ,keep your fingers grossed
Returning back to airport around 7pm yesterday 20th. traffic came to a complete stop then a crawl.There must have been a heavy spell of hail or snow. sides of the road and fields were white.
Near junction for airport traffic on other side was a complete stop with tail backs streching in all directions.
At the head of the queue was a JCB on the opposite side bucketing snow/hail over the barrier to try and clear one of the lanes.

Me and my family are due to fly to Alicante tomorrow afternoon, staying in Calpe for a week. The forecast doesnt look good

I got back on Tuesday it was raining no more than two hours. Dont worry it never lasts long and its warm. Just relax and have a great time.
I know rain never usually lasts long out there, just comes in bouts of mins usually but the weather forecasts always make it sound worse dont they! Ill be happy with 4 out of 7 days of sun!!!

I see its 81 degrees just now in benidorm , is it normally that warm for this time of year , ? hope so as i`m going in 3 weeks time .
No i think its fair to say they are having it a bit warmer than normal over the last few weeks!

Apparently today has been a good bit brighter, they've had a couple of days of rotten stuff, and even snow on the mountains!! I was over from the 6th to the 10th Dec, and it was brilliant for December, in the low 20's throughout the day, with plenty on the beach in shorts and bikini's! Definately Jacket time at night though!
