Hi

We have our own website where we advertise our house in Paphos.

http://www.liakada.co.uk

Also http://www.click4holidayhomes.com
http://www.homelidays.com

Hope this helps. There is also a section here on Holiday Truths called Private Rentals where members advertise (see above).

I would suggest going onto Google and typing in some key words for your area and type of accommodation. See which companies come up on the first search page. These will be the ones most likely used for people looking in your area.
There are so many different companies around so you need to be using one of the more popular ones, for what you are offering.

Hi All!

Im hoping to rent out my Villa near Altinkum when Im not using it.

Can anyone recommend a website that they have had success with?

I dont mind paying a fee - if it gets results.

There are so many out there - I dont know which ones are worth while!

Many Thanks

Hi Joolz try http://www.holidaylets.net or http://www.holidaylettings.co.uk they are both payable sites but you should get some good response from them. We advertise with the first one and have had lots of enquiries and quite a few bookings generated. The latter one I have been told by a friend of mine who advertises with this one that she gets lots of response & bookings also. Good Luck Jayjan

I use holidaylettings and have had a lot of bookings through them

http://www.casamarina.net

i use them too,but free sites are great, they don,t cost anything and you can get bookings for free, the more you advertise the more bookings

Thanks for that guys!

Ive just advertised with http://www.villarenters.com - they charge 10% on all bookings made through them - so if I dont get any bookings Ive not lost anything. If I do then its 10% but hopefully after that I can do it by word of mouth for those who have been before or have been recommended.

Im going to put it on another so I will check out your suggestions.
