Year of a Million Dreams??

Back in 2007 they had the year of a million dreams, where you could get prizes and stuff when going around the parks....
Does anybody know if there is anything like that this year ???

this year,is where you get free entrance,on your birthday or you can choose a gift card,if you already have your park entrance.can't remember the amount,of the gift card though,although a $100,is ringing a bell.
