We booked this hotel through Balkan separately from our flight. Check in was quick and reception staff friendly and efficient. We booked a double room for myself and partner and a single room for our friend both rooms were extremely spacious and bathrooms were absolutely spotless, rooms were equipped with fridge and tv and were very comfortable with A/C included. The hotel has a Sky Bar and on more than 1 ocassion we found ourselves sitting in the Jacuzzi on the roof top watching the sun go down over the Black Sea............absolutely idyllic!!
The hotel has a range of Spa treatments and massage and also has an indoor swimming pool, so it's very easy to pamper yourself whilst there.
The hotel restaurant was fantastic, although it was coming to the close of the tourist season we found that it was always busy and seemed to be a favourite spot for Bulgarians to dine, the food was consistently excellent and extremely cheap.
Breakfast was a simple buffet affair which can be taken either in the restaurant or on the terrace on the main square and although it wouldn't suit the "sausage bacon and eggs brigade" it was fine for our needs.
In summary, this hotel far outshines many of the so called 5 star hotels we have stayed at in Bulgaria and the staff simply cannot do enough to help.
We have no reservations in recommending
this hotel and will definitely return next year.

We had been before so we knew what to expect. We arrived about 1730. Off the bus and were straight to reception greeted with a cheery welcome, details taken and within 5 mins we were shown to our room. This was spacious with plenty of luggage space, fridge, tv, phone and a small balcony overlooking the rear of the hotel(not the best view in the world)
Unpacked and down to the bar and grill for some food not many in so waitress takes order and with in no time food arrives red hot and tasty. We were bed and breakfast, breakfast buffet style which is the norm plenty to choose from but after two weeks it gets repetative but it was always hot and well stocked.
Staff cheery always a good morning and very helpful. A special mention to Peter the bellboy(is that what you call them?)he got us our taxi when needed always on time and reasonably priced (Michael)
The location of the hotel is spot on for the shops and pubs a stones throw from the sea, however its about 10 min walk to the main beaches but old Pomorie is not too big so you get to see the town on the way. Plenty of bars and places to eat but not for the party animals.
No entertainment but the hotel has lobby bar(the barman didn't smile much) indoor pool, gym spa, skybar with jaccuzi)great view of Sunny Beach, Bourgas in the distance.
So if it's peace and quiet your looking for this is the place for you!
